When a customer needs professional assistance beyond Flipper's digital review, the platform can direct that customer toward an appropriate service provider.
What Flipper does
Flipper is a buyer-side used-car decision-support platform that helps consumers evaluate listings before they commit. Customers submit a listing and available supporting evidence, and Flipper highlights potential risks, contradictions, pricing concerns, missing documentation, seller questions, and practical next steps.
Who it serves
Private buyers evaluating a used vehicle before they commit — most often a first inspection decision, a negotiation, or a walk-away call.
The customer workflow
A customer sends a listing and the evidence they have. Flipper organizes the vehicle information, flags risks and contradictions, names what is missing, frames pricing considerations, and produces seller questions, inspection priorities and next steps.
When professional support is appropriate
Your team provides the hands-on inspection, diagnostic, vehicle-history, sourcing, negotiation, or buyer-support service that may be needed after the initial listing review. Flipper can complement that work by screening candidate vehicles earlier and directing qualified customers to the appropriate professional service.
How referrals work
Referrals can be one-way or reciprocal. Each partner receives a unique tracking link so introductions and completed services can be measured accurately by both sides.
The default commercial model
Flipper is expanding a curated partner network and would like to explore a no-upfront-cost referral pilot. We can track qualified introductions and completed services, then formalize commercial terms once both companies see measurable value.
Measurement and attribution
Every partner link records clicks, engaged visits, accounts, submitted Deal Checks, purchases and completed services separately. Suspected automated traffic is reported apart from human visits, and internal, QA and test activity is excluded.
Customer privacy and consent
Customer details are shared with a partner only with explicit customer authorization and only at the minimum scope needed to deliver the requested service.
No guaranteed volume
Flipper does not promise lead volume or revenue. A pilot exists to produce evidence, with a scheduled review before either company commits further.
