What we collect
Your name, email, optional phone, the listings and vehicle details you submit, the screenshots and documents you upload, your stated goals, and support messages.
How it is used
The account, vehicle and report information you provide is used to produce, review, deliver and support your Deal Check, and to contact you about your submissions and account. Website advertising measurement is described separately below.
Advertising measurement and cookie choices
We use a Google Ads tag to measure how people find Flipper. Optional advertising measurement cookies are off until you choose Accept. If you decline, Google may still receive limited, cookie-free measurement signals, but we do not send purchase conversion events. With your acceptance, a confirmed purchase may send its amount, currency and an opaque transaction identifier to Google Ads to measure sales and prevent duplicate counting. We do not send names, email addresses, card details, Stripe checkout references, vehicle details or report content, and we do not configure enhanced conversions. Personalized advertising remains off. Our tag configuration uses only the site origin, not private page addresses. You can accept, decline or change your choice using Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page. The choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days; if browser storage is unavailable, it applies only to the current visit. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping optional advertising cookies off.
File storage
Screenshots and documents are stored in private storage. They are never placed in public galleries or predictable public lists. Access is limited to your account and authorized reviewers.
Who can see your report
You, and authorized Flipper reviewers. If you create a private share link, anyone holding that link can see the report until you revoke it. Shared views never include your name, contact details, payment data or reviewer notes.
AI processing
Extraction and drafting run only when you or a reviewer explicitly trigger them. AI output is never published automatically.
Retention and deletion
Your records are kept while your account is active. You can request account deletion from your Profile page, and we will remove your personal records and files.
Marketing
Marketing email is opt-in and can be turned off in your Profile at any time. Testimonials are never published without explicit permission.
